ASQS
Catch costly Google Ads mistakes before launch
ASQS (Agency Search QA Suite), by AdAegis LLC, is a quality-assurance tool for paid search accounts. Agencies connect a client's Google Ads account, ASQS reads its campaign setup and runs a set of QA checks, and the team gets a clear list of what passed, what failed and what needs fixing before the campaigns go live.
Coming December 2026 Self-serve workspaces open in December 2026: sign up, connect your Google Ads accounts and run QA scans yourself. Until then, request a QA audit and AdAegis will check your account for you.

What ASQS checks
- Budgets, bidding strategies and targeting settings.
- Ads, keywords, negative keywords and assets.
- Landing pages, to confirm they load.
- Google's own ad policy approval status.
- Google automation that writes ad text or chooses landing pages.
- Words and phrases each client has banned from its ads.
- Ad text, sitelinks and callouts that aren't on the client's approved copy list.
- Capitalization, for clients whose brand rules capitalize every word.
- A brand line such as "Brand® (generic)" pinned to the first headline, for clients that require one.
- Sitelinks and callouts with no banned words, plus a note when a Search campaign has fewer optional sitelinks, callouts or structured snippets than Google recommends.
- Conversion tracking: that the account counts conversions, that every campaign bidding for conversions has a conversion goal, and that tracked actions are still recording.
Scans can also run on a schedule each client chooses (daily, weekly or monthly), and its owners and admins get an email when a new launch blocker appears.
Every check reports Passed, Failed or Not Evaluated. When the data a check needs isn't available, ASQS says so instead of reporting a pass. Each scan is saved with a health score and can be shared as a printable report.
Coming soon In development
ASQS checks Google Ads today. We're building the same checks and dashboards for:
- Microsoft Advertising (Bing).
- Search Ads 360, for teams that manage search across engines from one place.
Both will work the same way as Google Ads: read-only, and never changing anything in your accounts. They aren't available to connect yet.
How ASQS uses Google data
- Sign in with Google. ASQS uses your name and email address to sign you in and show which organizations you belong to.
- Connect Google Ads. Someone who manages an organization in ASQS can connect its Google Ads account. ASQS then uses the Google Ads API to read that account's campaigns, ad groups, ads, keywords, assets, policy approval status and recent bidding changes, only to run QA checks.
- Read-only. ASQS never creates, edits, pauses or deletes anything in Google Ads. It has no automatic fixes.
- Private to your organization. Results are visible only to the people in the organization that connected the account and the AdAegis team that supports it. Google authorizations stay on the server and are never sent to the browser.
ASQS's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. See the Privacy Policy for details.
Who it's for
ASQS is for advertising agencies and the clients they work with. Access is by invitation from AdAegis. To have AdAegis check your Google Ads account, request a QA audit.
