Privacy Policy

ASQS (Agency Search QA Suite) is a quality-assurance tool for paid search accounts, operated by AdAegis LLC ("AdAegis", "we"). This policy explains what information ASQS collects, how it is used, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- Your account. When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address and profile picture, and we record which organizations you belong to and your role in each.
- Google Ads data (read-only). When someone in your organization connects a Google Ads account, ASQS reads campaign settings and related data needed for its QA checks: campaigns, budgets, bidding, targeting, ad groups, ads, keywords, negative keywords, assets, and recent change history for bidding settings.
- Google authorization. To read that data later, we store the authorization (a refresh token) that Google issues when the account is connected.
- Landing pages. ASQS visits the landing page addresses used in your ads to check that they load.
- QA results. Each scan is saved with its results, which can include campaign names, settings and values the checks looked at.
How we use it
We use this information only to provide ASQS: to sign you in, to run QA checks on the advertising accounts your organization connects, to show and save the results for the people in your organization, and to keep the service secure.
ASQS never changes your advertising accounts. Its access is read-only, and it does not create, edit, pause or delete anything in Google Ads.
Google user data
ASQS's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, or use it to train artificial intelligence or machine learning models. People at AdAegis do not read it except to provide support you ask for, for security, or where the law requires.
Sharing
We do not sell your information. We share it only with the service providers that run ASQS for us, and only as needed to do so:
- Supabase, which provides our database and sign-in.
- Render, which hosts the application.
- Google, for sign-in and the Google Ads API.
Within ASQS, results for an organization are visible only to that organization's members and to the AdAegis team that supports it. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
Cookies and tracking
ASQS keeps your sign-in session in your browser's local storage. It does not use advertising cookies, analytics or third-party tracking.
Security
Data is protected by access rules in the database, so each organization sees only its own information. Google authorizations are stored on the server and are never sent to your browser. All connections use HTTPS.
Keeping and deleting data
We keep account information and QA results while your organization uses ASQS. To remove a Google Ads connection, revoke ASQS's access at myaccount.google.com/permissions or ask us. To have your information deleted, email support@ad-aegis.com, and we will delete it unless the law requires us to keep it.
Children
ASQS is a business tool and is not intended for children.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will post the new version on this page and update the effective date above.
